Today is November 20th...35 years ago today my parents were married. I love these two people with all my heart, they always have been and still are some of the best examples in my life.

This is Nick and I on our wedding day with my parents.

I think of the things they have accomplished in these 35 years

 and cant wait to see where Nick and I are at in our lives on our 35th!

They have 6 children even though they welcomed many more people into our home that we could call brothers and sisters. With that they have 13 almost 14 grandchildren. I think the grandkids are now their favorite things in the world they are the best grandparents ever!!

Happy Anniversary

Ok I am a little behind on my shows but I just caught up on Private Practice...well the episode "STEP ONE" I got a major kick out of it.

Don't mean to ruin it for anyone but Addison goes on fertility drugs I laughed so hard at her freak outs, I have said some of those same things ha ha watch it you may get a peek of what has been going on around here. The sudden spurts of anger and frustrations...Ya been there many times. Made me smile

I am sure many other women know how this is, I am sorry for all of you and your poor husbands. Nick and I have learned to laugh it off.

Today Nick turns 27!! I made him breakfast in bed after I let him sleep in. He has been so tired hard worker and hunter. While we were eating breakfast he made a comment that he will be 30 in 3 years...I think he is a bit nervous, so I said why dont we come up with some things you want to accomplish before the big 3 0.  He came up with 3
#1 go hunting/fishing in alaska wants to hunt moose or bear.
#2 wants a house with enough land that we can have a horse or two
#3 was to be a dad!
 the last one made me smile, usually I am the only one really talking about this and he does not bring it up because...well how I am when a baby is brought up.
I hope we can do these or at least two! in the next three years.

This is my 5th birthday with Nick, I am so lucky he chose me to be his wife and to have these years together, dont know where I would be with out him.

I am loving this fall weather! The rain thunder and lightening take me back to our old house with the wrap around porch with friends watching the storms wrapped in a blanket. So here is me day dreaming of when days were simple and care free.

Have not posted for a while, and have a lot on the mind it has been a long summer and an so sad to see it go we have had a lot of fun with family and friends, and now that the hunts have started our summer is pretty much done. Nick and I have gotten to get to know some new amazing people in the past year.
You never know how blessed you are till you hit rock bottom and you have so many people who jump in with support and love for you. Having a horrible day and it makes you feel good when you get a lot of text and calls from family and friends just to let you know they are there.

I am truly greatful for those wonderful people in our life who make horrible days just a little better.
